Bending Roll Balance Device

On February, 22^nd, 2011, CISDI signed EP contract of 1450mm 6-roll single stand reversible cold mill unit project with Sutor Group in Jiangsu, China. The project covers mechanic, hydraulic and fume exhaust system, EIC package unit and installation and commissioning.

Advanced technology applied in the project includes:

●Advanced 6-roll high-speed mill, equipped with advanced strip profile control measures such as work roll positive and negative bending system, intermediate roll positive bending system, intermediate roll shifting system and process lubrication sectional cooling control system

●HGC system for hydraulic lifting up

●Flow control is proposed for cooling system. 5-section 3-area independent manual control is proposed for work roll and intermediate roll cooling system to effectively control hot camber

●L1 and L2 computer control is proposed for the mill and rolling state can be optimized as per input data

Mill Specification	Rolling speed: max.1000m/min; Uncoiling speed: max.400 m/min; Coiling speed: max.1050m/min.
Main Product Specification	Strip thickness: 0.2~1.2mm; Strip width: 800~1250mm; Typical steel grades: St12, St13, St14, Q195, Q235, 08Al, HSLA, SPHC, SPHD, SPHE, IF.
Annual Capacity	200,000 tons
