Led by CISDI Chairman Xiao Xuewen, CISDI delegation was invited to visit the headquarter of ORACLE in San Francisco on November 21st 2011, and Strategic Collaboration Partnership Memo was signed by Mr. Xiao and ORACLE Vice President Bradley.
